If you complete your order you cannot add another product. Υou must place a new order and note in the “Comments” field that it will be merged with your previous order or contact us by phone so that we can fill in the new one of your choice.

You can add products to your order within 1 hour of placing it. The possibility of joining depends on the processing stage of the order as well as the volume to be served.

For shipments in Greece, you can also place your order by phone by calling us at 2310 274445. Phone orders are only paid for with a credit card or Order form – payment – execution of order. Holidays are excluded.

If you are unable to purchase an item and want to reserve it, you can pre-order it. You can come by the store and ask to place an order for the items you are interested in.

It is necessary to indicate the date of receipt and full payment of the products, with a maximum credit period of 10 calendar days. The products are picked up on this date either from the store or through transport to the place of your choice.

In the event that it is not possible to complete the purchase within 10 days, it is necessary to inform us of the date it will be possible to get them.

Caution! If you regret and do not want the purchase to be made, or if the products are not received, then the order is canceled, and the deposit cannot be refunded.
